SOUTHWESTERN LATIMER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT THURSDAY

* AT 1109 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
AREAS OF LIGHT RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. ALTHOUGH ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL REMAIN LIGHT...5 TO 7 INCHES OF RAIN FELL
EARLY THIS MORNING. SEVERAL ROADS WILL LIKELY REMAIN CLOSED OR
IMPASSABLE DUE TO HIGH WATER AND EXCESSIVE RUNOFF.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING TO OCCUR.
