Flood warning for Berkeley county near Jamestown until 11:30pm

Updated:

Flood warning for Georgetown and east central Berkeley county in Jamestown until 11:30pm. Heavy rain, 3" have fallen since 7pm and 1-3" more in possible. Several roads flooded in the town of Georgetown at this time.

Plenty of clouds to go around for your Thursday as a weak area of low pressure will hang around the lowcountry. Highs will be a little milder in the low 80s. I'm still watching for a good chance for mainly afternoon showers and thunderstorms to fire-up. As the Low weakens we'll see better weather conditions for Friday and into the weekend. Highs on Friday will hit 80 with partly cloudy skies. Look for the upper 70s for the weekend with partly cloudy skies and a slight chance for a Sunday afternoon t-storm.
