Drillers Win Again Behind Solid Pitching

Posted: Updated:

For the second-straight game, the Tulsa Drillers used a dynamic pitching performance to cruise to an easy win.

Tonight it was newcomer Alex White, the other part of the recent Colorado-Cleveland trade.  White pitched 7-2/3 innings, giving up just three hits and allowing no runs.  He struck out four.

Dustin Molleken closed out the game in style, allowing no hits as the Drillers cruised to an 8-0 win.

On the offensive side, Wilin Rosario and Thomas Field paced Tulsa with two RBI's each.

The Drillers close out their series with Midland Friday night out at ONEOK Field.  First pitch is set for 7:05PM.
