Charleston police seek public help to crack robbery case

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV)-- Charleston police are seeking public assistance to help find two men responsible for an armed robbery a West Ashley business.

Spokesman Charles Francis says the robbery occurred at the Check into Cash located at 2049 Savannah Highway on September 30th.

Police records indicate two suspects entered the business armed with handguns and managed to get away with cash.

One of the suspects was seen exiting the store and was described as a black male with dark skin, approximately 5'3'' to 5'6'' in height, weighing approximately 160 lbs. 

The subject has a low haircut and was wearing a black shirt with a white design on the front and dark in color pants. 

Anyone with information about this suspect can call Charleston Police at 577-7434 or Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
