JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston Police have charged a Harbor View Road man for the November 14th bank robbery of the First Federal Bank on Harbor View Road. He was easy to find: he was already in jail for another bank robbery.

33 year-old Rashad Edward Harley is charged with entering the First Federal Bank at 1097 Harbor View Road on November 14th with the intent to steal.

Harley was already being held in the Charleston County Detention Center for robbing the First Citizen's Bank on Hwy 162 on November 28th.

Harley was also arrested back in May of 2010 for robbing another First Federal Bank at 1011 Harbor View Road.
