Officials with the South Carolina Highway Patrol say the car is believed to be a 1996-1999 Ford Crown Victoria or Mercury Marquis. The body styles of the two cars are similar. It may be damaged in the headlight area.
The accident happened at 5 a.m. on Sunday, December 18 on Sugar Hill Road in Holly Hill.
