Stolen cars found at towing company leads to arrest

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV)-- North Charleston Police Investigators have arrested a man they believe was running a "chop shop".

51 year-old Herman Leon Failey turned himself in to police on Thursday after they found numerous stolen vehicles and parts of stolen vehicles at Failey's business, Economy Towing, on Baker Street.

Failey was charged with seven counts of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and three counts of Property Crime Enhancement. Additional charges may be forthcoming.
