
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Sheriff Al Cannon will hold a press conference on Wednesday to announce charges in the murder of a man found dead on the railroad tracks on Lincolnville Road in December.
On Sunday, officials announced four people would be charged with a kidnapping related to the December 19 death of Marquis Rashad Richardson.
King Dominique Wilson, 22, of North Charleston, Latasha Yvette McCall, 23, and Travaris D. Walker 29 from Charleston, have all only been charged with one count of kidnapping.
All three received no bond during a hearing on Sunday. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Fredrick Andre Sanders, 29, who is also being charged with kidnapping.
Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 554-1111, or the Charleston County Sheriffs Office at 202-1700.
