Suspect sought in Goose Creek attempted murder, sexual assault

GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCIV) -- Law enforcement officials in Goose Creek are looking for a 37-year-old man wanted in a burglary, kidnapping, attempted murder and sexual assault.

Officials with the Goose Creek Police Department say 37-year-old Steven Lee Morgan should be considered armed and dangerous. They believe he forcibly entered the home of a former girlfriend, beat her and raped her.

They say he left the scene in her 1998 champagne colored Ford F-150 truck -- license plate GE1221.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
