The woman, who only wants to be identified as Jennifer, says she is Sanders' alleged victim in a domestic violence charge that began the entire string of events.
Jennifer told the judge that Sanders needed to be given the maximum bond amount.
"He is a flight risk. He will murder me. He wants me dead. I fear for my life, and he should serve the time to do what needs to be done to him," she said.
Sanders remains in custody at the Hill Finklea Detention Center. If released, he will be required to wear a 3-way, steel-banded GPS monitoring ankle bracelet. The system will notify police, the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office and the victim of his whereabouts.
Sanders will also be under house arrest, which would only allow him to attend events related to school, work, church, legal or medical affairs. He will also be put on an alcohol sensor.
