MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCIV)-- The case against admitted child molester, Louis 'Skip" ReVille, has taken another step forward.
Some of the indictments announced by Solicitor Scarlett Wilson on March 6 have officially been filed.
These charges involve five victims for whom indictments already had been obtained in Charleston County for allegations occurring in Charleston County and one victim (John Doe #16) from whom there were no allegations in Charleston County.
The 11 Berkeley County indictments are:
• 5 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, 2nd Degree (20 year maximum sentence)
• 5 counts of Lewd Act Upon a Minor (15 year maximum sentence)
• 1 count of Dissemination of Obscene Material to a Person Under 18 (6 year maximum sentence)
