Cowgirls Advance to NIT Championship

The Oklahoma State Cowgirls continue to cruise through the WNIT.  Wednesday night in Stillwater they eliminate the San Diego Toreros 73-57.  OSU advances to the WNIT Championship game against James Madison.  The title game will be played in Stillwater at 2:00pm.

The "Big 3" had a big night.  Liz Donohoe turned in her fourth straight double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds.  The Cowgirls were lead by Toni Young who scored a season-high 27 points.  Tiffany Bias added 15.

The Cowgirls improved to 21-12 on the year and never trailed in this game.  The Pokes at one point were up by 13 in the second half.

The Toreros were paced by Morgan Woodrow with 13 points.  Dominique Conners scored 11.
