LADSON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Deputies say a Walterboro man is wanted for shooting another man in the shoulder and the groin area.

The Dorchester County Sheriff's Office says Kyeon Glover, 17, is accused of shooting 25-year-old Christopher Osteen Friday morning at an apartment complex off Coopers Ridge Blvd.

Osteen was found on the ground outside the apartment when deputies arrived.

According to the incident report, he told them "Kyeon shot me."

When authorities entered the apartment, they found it flooded because a bullet had hit a sprinkler pipe.

The leek forced the water to be shut down to the entire apartment complex.

Police say the apartment was covered in blood, and most of the furniture inside had been knocked over or broken.

Osteen was transported to the hospital. No word on his condition tonight. If you have any information on Kyeon Glover's whereabouts, you are urged to call Crimestoppers at 843-554-1111.
