CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- The fifth anniversary of the Sofa Super Store fire is Monday, and in preparation, a new statue has been put up at the memorial site.
The statue is one of many preparations currently under way for the special service on Monday.
The special service is being hosted by the Charleston Fire Department and will begin at 7 p.m. sharp with a procession. The procession will be followed by a bagpipe player and a reading of the names.
The public is invited to attend.
