No more first class on flights?

Flying first-class on international flights may soon be a thing of the past. Of the more than 500 aircraft U.S. Airlines regularly flies to Europe, Asia and South America, just 27 percent offer first class.

Now, American Airlines and United Airlines, the two U.S. first-class holdouts, are downsizing their most lavish cabins.

First class is essentially being replaced by an upgraded business class section.
