
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Parents around the country are being asked to turn in some possibly dangerous strollers.
CNN reports the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall involving more than 200,000 Peg Perego strollers.
The agency says there's a major risk of entrapment and strangulation for infants younger than 12-months, if they're not harnessed properly.
This video shows the two models that are under recall: the Venezia and the Pliko-P-3 strollers. They were manufactured between January 2004 and September 2007 and sold nationwide.
The recall follows the 2004 death of a six-month-old California boy after his head was trapped between the stroller's seat and tray, according to CNN.
In 2006, a seven-month-old girl almost died in similar circumstances.
