CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) -- A major health care company is giving a grant to help children in South Carolina stay healthy.

United Healthcare is scheduled to visit Clemson University on Friday to announce the state will get part of a $300,000 award to teach children how healthy eating and exercise can prevent obesity.

The money is going to the 4-H club's Eat4-Health campaign.

United Healthcare's mascot Dr. Health E. Hound will lead about 100 children through exercises as part of the celebration.
