The Dallas Cowboys opened training camp Monday in Oxnard, California.  But Booker T. Washington and Arkansas star Felix Jones didn't pass his conditioning test.

That mean's he won't practice with the team until he does.

Felix is coming off surgery to his shoulder that he injured last season.

Cowboys Coach Jason Garrett says the Tulsa native and others will work with trainers doing some remedial running until they are ready to join the rest of the team.
