Posted: Updated:

Philip Jurick, a senior on the Oklahoma State men's basketball team, has been suspended indefinitely for violation of team policy, it was announced today by head coach Travis Ford.

The suspension is immediate, and Jurick will not travel with the team when the Cowboys depart for a 10-day exhibition tour to Spain on Wednesday. A final decision on his status will be made when more information is obtained.

Jurick was arrested Saturday night for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  He plead not guilty to the misdemeanor charges on Monday.

He will appear again in court on Monday, August 20th.
