RIDGEVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) -- The Dorchester County Sheriff's Office has released the report involving the second removal of two children from the home where 2-month-old Aiden MGrew was killed by a dog mauling.

According to the incident report, a deputy responded to the Dorchester Children's Center on June 15 and was told a child had reported witnessing Chantel and Quintin McGrew and a third adult named Carolyn "having sexual intercourse at the McGrew residence" but the child could not say when it happened.

The report also states the child also reported seeing "more than one video of Mr. and Mrs. McGrew engaging in sexual intercourse" but that Carolyn wasn't involved in them.

In the report, the child also told the DCC that "she had engaged in inappropriate acts with another unknown juvenile."

The report states that the McGrew children were "placed with the Department of Social Services through a safety plan."

DSS spokesperson Marilyn Matheus replied to ABC News 4 saying "All I can confirm is that the parents are cooperating with DSS's plan for the children's safety."

Quintin McGrew, the father of 2-month-old Aiden who was fatally mauled by a dog, is being charged with unlawful neglect of a child. The family is being represented by attorney Andy Savage.

The incident happened Friday, April 20, at a home on Sandpit Drive in Ridgeville.

Dorchester County officials say Chantel McGrew came home to find that her 2-month-old son Aiden had been dismembered by a dog the family had been watching for a friend.

Aiden later died after being transported to Summerville Medical Center.

The coroner's office listed parental neglect among the factors in Aiden's death.
