CCSD early learning program starts Tuesday

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - The Charleston County School District early learning and head start programs start Tuesday.

The goal of the program is to provide early, continuous development for children both intellectually and socially.

The district expects over 1,800 four-year-old students and 1,000 head start pre-schoolers to enter the classroom.
