CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - The West Ashley Head Start Center will be closed Wednesday after a broken pipe flooded the building Tuesday.
CCSD officials say plumbers and cleaning crews will be taking the remainder of the day Tuesday and Wednesday to clean up the flooded areas. Officials expect the Center to reopen Thursday.
The Head Start Center is part of the Charleston County School Districts early learning program that allows students to start their educational journey at a younger age. You can learn more here.
