SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) - Workers at the Little Caesars on Bacon's Bridge Road in Summerville were robbed at gunpoint Wednesday night, according to the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office.
Sheriff's Office officials say two men dressed in all black with blue or black bandanas ran to the door around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night as employees were locking the door.
The police report states both suspects had guns, one demanding they unlock the door and the other demanding cell phones and money from the workers.
One suspect collected cell phones and bags from the victims while the other got money from the safe, according to the report. A witness saw the robbery take place from his car and said the men left and ran around the back of the store, according to the police report.
Police say it is uncertain exactly how much money was stolen, but one of the victims approximated $1,000.
