CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Very little details are available about a shooting that happened Wednesday evening at the dead end of Falkirk Drive, but police say the victim was sent to MUSC with a gunshot wound to the face.
Police responded to the scene around 5:30 p.m. and found the victim, a 20-year-old black male, sitting on the roadway in front of the dead end. Reports say he was alert and conscious despite a gunshot wound "to the left side of his face close to his eye."
