From ABC News -- McDonald's limited-time offering, the McRib, will be back in mid December, pushed back from its originally planned dates.

Advertising Age has obtained a McDonald's memo revealing the timing.

The extremely popular sandwich was originally slated to be available from October 22 through November 11, but the timing was moved in the hopes of strengthening a slower sales period.
