CPD: Armed robbers came right in through the front door

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston police say a young couple was sitting in their living room when three armed robbers came in through the front door.

According to a police report, the robbery happened at Woodbridge Apartments on Ashley River Road around 1 a.m. Thursday.

The victims told police three black males armed with a handgun came into the apartment and stole multiple items including a Mac laptop, Apple computer, XBox, television, iPhone. They said the men would not let them leave the apartment while the robbery took place.

There are no suspects at this time. If anyone knows anything about this or any other crime, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
