BERKELEY, S.C. (WCIV) -- A man wanted for murder has been extradited from Clay County, Florida to Berkeley County and his bond will be set by a circuit court judge.

Court documents say two men were conspiring an armed robbery when 31-year-old Robert Moultrie was shot to death and left in the Francis Marion Forest.

Berkeley County deputies arrested 18 year-old Joshua Michael Pruitt and Patrick Kinloch in connection with the murder.

Court documents say on September 9th, 2012, Pruitt and Kinloch attempted an armed robbery on Charity Church Road in Huger before killing Moultrie.

On September 11th, a man who lived near the area found Moultrie's body slumped over in his car on Brick Church Road.
