BERKELEY, S.C. (WCIV) -- A car crash Friday morning in Berkeley County claimed the life of a driver.

A 1993 Isuzu Rodeo was traveling east on Black Oak Drive - also known as Secondary 42 - when the vehicle drove off the left side of the road, then went to the right side of the road, then back to the left side and overturned several times, according to a report from the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The driver - who has not been identified - was not wearing a seatbelt.

A passenger in the car was not injured, troopers said.
