Boeing to deliver first SC-built 787 Friday - WCIV-TV | ABC News 4 - Charleston News, Sports, Weather

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Boeing officials are set to hand over the company's first 787 Dreamliner built in South Carolina.

Company officials said a delivery ceremony will be held in North Charleston Friday morning.

The plane was built in North Charleston for Air India. Air India is expected to fly the plane some time Saturday afternoon.
