Police: Missing teen found with family in Alabama

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCIV) -- Moncks Corner police have confirmed that a 16-year-old girl reported missing Monday was found in Alabama.

Morgan Garrison was reported missing by her grandparents who also told police they believe she might have stolen more than $2,100 worth of jewelry from the home.

Police tell us Morgan called family members in Alabama and asked them to come and get her.

Her grandparents had told police that when they went to check on her, they found her room empty and her window open.
