Clemson, USC named top public colleges

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCIV) -- Two colleges in the Palmetto State are on the on a list of top public colleges.

The list, from U.S. News and World Report, lists Clemson University at number 25. The University of South Carolina is listed at number 55.

Number one on the list? The University of California-Berkeley.
