FDA releases list of hospitals, clinics that received tainted shots
WASHINGTON, D.C. (WCIV) -- Federal officials Tuesday posted a list of hospitals and clinics that bought drugs from a New England company connected to a nationwide meningitis outbreak.
On Monday, the Food and Drug Administration posted a list on its website of more than 1,200 hospitals and clinics that purchased steroids and other drugs from the New England Compounding Center, CNN reported.
Hundreds of illnesses and 23 deaths have been connected to the outbreak.
The FDA pulled the list down saying it needed to make some corrections.
