DCSO: Victim shot in head and arm; Looking for 3 suspects
DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) – One person was injured in a shooting Sunday evening on Wyatt Lane off Miles Jamison Road in the town of Summerville, deputies said.
According to the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office, one person was injured in the shooting, but officials did not have information to release on the victim's condition.
According to an incident report, deputies responded around 8 p.m. and found the victim, 20-year-old Travis Fults, with "an apparent gunshot wound to the left side of his head as well as one to the right arm."
Fults told deputies that he was at a friend's house around the corner when he was shot. The report states he told deputies that "as soon as he walked in the trailer, Mr. Rashawn Hampton, Mr. Zaquan Brown and another unknown offender started shooting at him."
Deputies said they do not currently have a motive for the shooting but are looking for three suspects.
They are on the lookout for Zaquan Brown, described as an 18-year-old black male, about 5'6" tall , weighing about 130 lbs. His last known address is 1225 Boonehall Road.
Deputies are also looking for Rashawn Hampton, described as a 17-year-old black male. His last known address is 110 Wyatt Lane in Summerville.
