NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- A man wanted by Charleston Police for robbing an Ashley River Road pharmacy last month was arrested Thursday at his North Charleston home by the U.S. Marshals Task Force and North Charleston police.

Police say information from a citizen helped police identify the suspect.

The suspect, 25-year-old Stanley James, is charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime. James was already on probation for a narcotic charge.

The robbery happened around 9 p.m. on October 8 when a man armed with a handgun entered the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Ashley River Road and demanded prescription drugs. Police say he left the pharmacy with Hydrocodone, Cialis and Viagra.
