an armed robbery that happened Thursday at an Ashley River Road apartment.
Isaiah Terrell Wittrell, 18, is charged with
armed robbery and burglary in the first degree. Bond was set at $200,000.
Police say the robbery happened around 4:30 p.m. at
1724 Ashley Hall Road when five men, one of
them armed with a handgun, entered the apartment and robbed the
victim of about $300.
The other suspects are all described as clean-shaven black males around 19-25 years of age.
Police say witnesses told them one of the suspects is named "Jordan." He is between 5'7" and 6' in height with a thin build. He was wearing dark pants and a dark hoodie.
Another suspect has the same description as "Jordan," but has a gold tooth. A third suspect is described as having a "one inch long twist hair style."
