Fort Moultrie (File/WCIV)SULLIVAN'S ISLAND, S.C. (WCIV)-- History comes alive at Fort Moultrie this Veterans Day with the Soldiers Through Time event.
Re-enactors will portray soldiers of the major periods of Fort Moultrie's history from the Revolutionary War through World War II. Visitors will see a variety of programs including the progression of uniforms from 1776-1947, historic weapons demonstrations, children's musket programs, drills and garrison duties.

The National Park Service is also waiving entrance fees at Fort Moultrie this weekend
in honor of our nation's veterans from Saturday through Monday.
