CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – The Charles Towne Few announced Thursday the group would be holding a memorial service in downtown Charleston this weekend.

According to a release from the group, a memorial service for the HMS Bounty and the member of her crew lost at sea during Hurricane Sandy will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Waterfront Park in downtown Charleston.

Captain Robin Walbridge's body was not recovered from the sea.

The Bounty was in Charleston's port during the summer and has been featured in films including "Mutiny on the Bounty" and "Pirates of the Caribbean."
