Todd Garrett wins seat on Charleston County School Board - WCIV-TV | ABC News 4 - Charleston News, Sports, Weather

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Todd Garrett has won his write-in campaign for a seat on the Charleston County School Board.

Garrett secured 5,761 votes, according to elections officials, out gaining 11 other candidates for the downtown seat on the board.

Garrett said last month he had been working for months on the write-in campaign. He said he had been meeting with voters and attending neighborhood association meetings.
