NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Police are looking for the gunman in a shooting Thursday at Attaway Street and Sumner Avenue.

Officers were called to the area early Thursday and found Terrance A. Green, 22, with a gunshot wound to his right arm.

Later, according to an incident report from the North Charleston Police Department, police were called to the same area and found Travis West, 21.

West was arrested and charged with attempted murder and armed robbery.

A spokesman for the police department said in an email the incident "was confusing" and noted that there was little cooperation from Green.

The spokesman said investigators are working to identify the person who shot Green.

The incident report states West is one of two people that robbed Green.
