$425 million Powerball getting people's attention

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - The Powerball jackpot is now at a record $425 million.

Tickets must be purchased before 9 p.m. on Wednesday night to be eligible for the drawing.

According to the Associated Press, the previous record high for a Powerball jackpot was $365 million.
