CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - An Air Force tradition is taking the holiday season to troops overseas.
"Operation Cookie Drop" is a campaign to collect packaged and homemade goods for troops.
There are several drop-off locations at local businesses in the Lowcountry that are listed below:
Accepted goods include prepackaged cookies, jerky, gum, nuts, snacks, coffee, and candies for single and deployed Joint Base Charleston airmen and sailors.
