CPD make 2nd arrest in apartment burglary

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Charleston Police arrested a second suspect Tuesday for a November 16 burglary that happened at an apartment on Hazelwood Drive.

Ervin Lee Frazier, 29, of North Charleston, is charged with burglary in the first degree. 

The initial arrest was made November 27 when 28-year-old Chauvez Williams was taken into custody. Williams is also charged with burglary in the first degree.

The incident occurred about 8 p.m. when police said someone kicked in the front door of the apartment and stole a rifle. 

Bond for Williams has been set at $50,000.
