Man found shot in Hollywood home

HOLLYWOOD, S.C. (WCIV) --  Charleston County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a shooting that happened around 1 a.m. Thursday on Salters Hill Road in Hollywood.

Officials with the CCSO say deputies found 35-year-old Germel Grant at the home with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was transported to MUSC for treatment.

Detectives do not know the motive for the shooting or the identity of a suspect.
