Deputies make arrest in July armed robbery case

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Deputies say they made an arrest Thursday for an armed robbery that happened in late July.

According to spokesman Jim Brady, Tamar Jacquez Mikell was arrested for the armed robbery of 1814 Produce Lane on Johns Island.

Brady says Mikell pulled a firearm on July 20, 2012 and took the victim's wallet and cash before fleeing in a red, two door car.  The driver of that vehicle has not been identified.
