A quick and easy hor d'oeuvre to wow your guests for the holidays
• Shrimp Mini Tacos
3 large flour tortillas
1lb small steamed shrimp
2large diced tomato
1small diced red onions
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 fresh diced jalapeno
1 diced avocado
2 limes juices
Chopped cilantro, salt ,fresh ground black pepper
Using a large biscuits cutter, cut as many circles as you can from the tortillas, place them on a large muffing pan , and press them down to create little baskets, bake them at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or till crispy.
Allow to cool down and place them on a serving tray.
Mixed the rest of the ingredients, season and taste. Fill the baskets, garnish with a wedge of lime and serve!
