(Dave MacQueen/WCIV)MT. PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) – The Charleston Friends of the Library are hosting a holiday book sale Friday and Saturday at the Mt. Pleasant Regional Library on Mathis Ferry Road.
Books, CDs, DVDs and collectibles will be on sale during the annual sale. Prices start at 50 cents.
Admission to the event is free.
There was a members only event for Friends members Thursday night.
The book sale lasts until 6 p.m. Friday and door reopen again Saturday at 9 a.m. The book sale ends at 4 p.m.
The Charleston Friends of the Library is a nonprofit volunteer organization that raises money through book sales to fund library services, equipment and training.
The Holiday Book Sale is 1 of 5 held during the year.
