COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCIV) -- A Walterboro man was sentenced to 105 months in prison for an October 2011 armed robbery, U.S. attorneys announced Friday.
Erique Wayne Boquedano-Hammond, 20, robbed a Pizza Hut delivery driver at gunpoint.
He faced a maximum of 20
years on the robbery charge, and a mandatory 7 consecutive years on a firearms
charge. He was sentenced by United States District Court Judge David C.
Norton.
The case was investigated by officers of the
Walterboro Police Department, and agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives.
Assistant United States Attorney Nathan Williams of
the Charleston office prosecuted the
case.
