Vendors galore at Mount Pleasant Holiday Market and Craft Show
MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) - The town of Mount Pleasant is making a holiday-filled weekend for its residents.
The weekend kicked off Saturday with the Holiday Farmers Market and Craft Show on Coleman Boulevard. Over 100 vendors offered a variety of things from local food and produce to jewelry and pottery.
"You know it's the perfect place to come and get that piece of jewelry or a special handbag for somebody, or a scarf. Plus there are some greenery vendors here that have wreaths and the topiaries and Christmas ornaments," said market manager Tracy Richter.
The Mount Pleasant Christmas parade starts at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Coleman Boulevard and Pelzer Drive, then continues past Shem Creek to conclude at the Sea Island Shopping Center around 7:15 p.m.
