Lawyer: Sandusky's mood improving in jail

Jerry Sandusky's lawyer said Sandusky's mood is improving in jail.

Karl Rominger told the Associated Press that he met with Sandusky Friday. He said his client has gotten his fighting spirit back and is looking forward to the appeals process.

They're also seeking a less restrictive prison setting. Right now he is confined to his cell 23 hours a day.

Sandusky is serving a 30 to 60 year sentence at Greene State Prison.
