Search warrant yields two arrests for pot and shoplifting

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- North Charleston police have arrested a man in the Waylyn Community after they said they found marijuana during a search of his home.

On December 7, narcotics officers executed a search warrant at a home on Lambert Street as a part of an ongoing investigation.   

During the search, officers reported the recovery of 24.6 grams of marijuana.

Jonathan Knapp, 26, is charged with possession with the intent to distribute and possession with the intent to distribute marijuana near a school.  

Police also arrested 30-year-old Andrea Giles at that same address because of a bench warrant for shoplifting.
